its an new initiative............during literati the college will provide bicycles for moving around campus.............u can take a bicycle......go to some place.......than leave it there so that somebody else can use it..............

but in this way each student will take a bicycle and will not leave it free for 4 days.
they can also keep the cycles in hostels.

who will be responsible for these losses?

arrey there will be no lock on the bicycle................he has to leave it somewhere..............frm there anybody else can take it..........he cant just claim the bicycle as his property...............
