'Jugaad Factor'

Comment on the dominance of 'j' factor in our college .
At every level ranging from selection in societies to the declaration of winners of different events J factor comes in between.
J factors works even at the official level.This cheating at low level changes to big blunders in future.

What do you think?
Are we ruining our own future??

It matters a lot in our college.
I din't get in official society of my branch becoz i didn't have Jugaad

I think jugaad factor is the only factor that matters for anyone on our college to get his job completed.

few experiences......

I know a guy who is in 1st year. he gave interview for becoming a member of a
society of a department. that guy gave the int. to his best and the interviewer told him that he gave the best interview among all the people who came there.And then surprisingly he told the guy that he could not be in the society bcoz he didn't have any jugaad.
he told that in 1st year jugaad is must to get into a society.

I have also seen the same list changing 3-4 times each time adding/deleting some names.

there is no doubt about the 'J' factor being dominant in our clg...............

not just societies...........everywhere else........u need the j factor to get ur work done..............sometimes its like the second name of the clg..........

jugaad is everyting in nit kkr,u cant even think of getting in ny society unless u have jugaad,quite disappointing

jugad.....its everything in nitkkr....u have to jugaad to have gud marks....to be an ad hoc.....u have to have jugaad to clear the placement paper...u have to jugaad even in the mess.....

EVERY ONE SAY YOUTH CAN CHANGE INDIAN POLITICS BUT HE CAN'T BCOZ HE CAN'T BCOZ NO ONE GIVE HIM CHANCE OR NOT WANT TO GIVE HIM ANY CHANCE

BUT I BELIEVE YOUTH SHOULD TRY HIS BEST TO CHANGE.................SOMEDAY IT'LL CHANGE....AS RIGHTLY SAID ROME WAS NOT BUILD IN A DAY......

this J factor is damn sucking.....

if u r going for a ne CLUB inductions....dey dont take u as u r apt for a society...bt if u r having jugaad or not.....

the first and last question is JUGAAD.....students are gettin frustrated even....
even in placement u need jugaad.....WHAT THE 'F' is dis.....

OUR clgg can reach heights if this J factor is removed sumhow....
