Views about celebrating holi in college .

Is this right to celebrate holi in market ????????????????
If this is right why are we not allowed to celebrate in market side????????????

Yar da clg authorities have sm responsibility to maintain discipline nd decorum of clg. If they allow such things then students will play holi in a bad manner nd if smthing wrong hapens then only clg authorities will be blamed. Then there will b no difference between nit nd kuk.

some area should be given to play holi with each other
as the students cannot go to their homes so atleast they should be little free to celebrate it in college
