its an new initiative............during literati the college will provide bicycles for moving around campus.............u can take a bicycle......go to some place.......than leave it there so that somebody else can use it..............

arrey there will be no lock on the bicycle................he has to leave it somewhere..............frm there anybody else can take it..........he cant just claim the bicycle as his property...............

hmmmm..........this concept failed completely..................and one of the reasons tht are buzzin around is that they were nt able to find a bicycle sponsor...............
